Not knowing what 2021 and COVID precautions had in store for Angeles Millwork and Hartnagels, we decided to take a careful approach and specifically fund some community-building projects that our employee-owners believe will positively impact our community.
Three of our very own employees, Contractor Salesman, Mike Deese, Installer, Brian Slack & Pro Salesman, Joey Gamino, volunteer their own time for the Port Angeles Lion’s Club Freedom Ramp Program.
The Port Angeles Lions Club provides a team of dedicated and skilled volunteers from around the area to design & install wooden access ramps at homes for those in need.
To assist in material funding for each project, our employee-owners have decided to fully fund the building materials of the Freedom Ramp Program through 2021. As with other community funding, we are passionate about helping non-profits that do the real heavy lifting around our community. The elderly, the disabled, and those in need of proper access to their homes deserve our attention and assistance.
Are you in need of an access ramp for your home or know someone that does?

The mission of the Port Angeles Lions Club is that we can help to make our community a better place to live by serving together as a team. We are a service club committed to helping others who are less fortunate than ourselves. Our motto “WE SERVE” is our simple statement of dedication to Lionism.
The Port Angeles Lions Club also takes part in supporting the community through hearing and sight assistance support with hearing aids and eyeglasses among others. For more information on their current and ongoing projects please click HERE or follow them on Facebook by clicking HERE.
