Elastic blue rubber is a super elastic rubber wheel with brake that instantly regains original form when force is applied to the caster. As friction is considerably reduced, initial starting thrust required is brought to a minimum. Softness of wheel will allow for easier rolling over obstacles and noise reduction. Non-marking with abrasion resistance that will increase durability. Fasteners not included.
