However, to ensure fairness and efficiency in processing these requests, we have established certain guidelines that must be adhered to.
Please be aware that all donation requests require submission through our dedicated online form. To be considered for a donation, the form must be completed in its entirety, including a detailed list of requested materials with sizes and quantities. We kindly ask for your patience, as the evaluation process can take up to 6 weeks. We emphasize that all initial communications regarding donations will be conducted via email, and we strongly discourage in-person inquiries at our stores regarding the status of requests.
