Pricing Structure:
Regular Deliveries: Free for purchases over $1000. A $45 flat fee applies otherwise.
Rooftop Deliveries: $100.
Boom Truck: $150/hr with materials purchased from us. A surcharge of $150/hr applies if materials were bought elsewhere.
Important Details:
Standard Fee: A base delivery charge of $45 per order is applied.
Additional Charges: Rooftop or Boom Truck deliveries come with extra fees. Also, be aware of potential pallet or packing charges, especially for heavy or special-order products. Always check with your salesperson regarding any additional costs.
Delivery Parameters:
Safe Unloading Areas: We prioritize safety. Deliveries should be directed to flat, reinforced surfaces like garages, barns, carports, or driveways in finished construction homes.
Accessibility: Ensure the designated area is easily accessible by our trucks or Moffet lifts.
Driver Discretion: Please note, our drivers will not hand organize, transport, or stack materials post-unloading. They also reserve the right to refuse a delivery if deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
Scheduling:
Coordination: If not already scheduled, customers will be informed about the delivery date and time via phone.
Westside Deliveries: Specific weekdays are designated for deliveries to Forks and Neah Bay. Consult your sales associate for the current schedule.
Other Areas: Deliveries are arranged on a first-come, first-served basis across the Olympic Peninsula.
