To be used in conjunction with Grip-Rite® snap ties for form construction. Designed to fit over snap tie head, provides even load distribution, a key component for concrete formwork. It is used to tighten and secure snap ties to the wooden form panels before concrete is poured. The system works by placing a metal rod between two form panels to maintain the correct wall thickness, then hammering a wedge over the snap tie's button-head end to secure it in place.
