Maximum strength rust inhibitive primer suitable for consumer or commercial/industrial application over heavily rusted metal surfaces. Dries to touch in 4 to 6 hours. Covers up to 500 Sq. Ft. per gallon on smooth surfaces. Flat red gallon.
