Includes White Rouge compound, Emery compound, Tripoli compound, 2-1/4", 3", and 4" cotton buffing wheels, 1/4" mandrel, nut and washers. For use with 3/8" or 1/2" chuck drills. 3450 max rpm (revolutions per minute).
