Water Proof, will not wash off even under heavy downpours. Saves time and money. Snaps a clean solid line. Out performs traditional chalk with less smudging creating a clean, easy to read line. Easily washed away with mild soap & water from hands and work clothing. Resists being blown away, layouts can be done in windy conditions. Wet or Dry application, can be applied to wet surfaces.
