AlcoTec Almigweld ER4043 Aluminum MIG Welding Wire comes in 4" spool of 1 lb and offers brighter, smut-free welds.4043 Series alloy is the commonly used welding and brazing alloy. Alloy is less sensitive to weld cracking and when used with silicon addition offers more fluidity. Alloy is suitable for welding filler wire, spray and flame metalizing wire applications. Alloy is ideal for automotive, recreation, containers and aerospace industry applications. Non-heat treatable wire with silicon as principle alloying element complies with AlSi5 ISO designation. Feeding characteristics are optimized with a patented process and the wire diameter is controlled to 1/10 of the AWS A5.10 specification. It meets ANSI/AWS A5.1, AMS 4190 specifications.
