This 3-1/4 In., 6.5 A, 16,500 RPM planer has the capacity to remove deep cuts (up to 3/32 In.) in one pass and a 5/16 In. rabbeting depth. It's versatile 2-blade system comes with the Bosch exclusive reversible Woodrazor™ microfine carbide blades. This is one of the few planers that allows chips to be ejected to either the right or left side of the tool. The unit comes with a beveling guide fence and large chip bag.

- Ratcheting depth knob — allows fool-proof setting of depth increments from 0 In. to 3/32 In. (2.6 mm) within one revolution, so there is no need to re-zero the depth
- Chip ejection control allows shavings to be directed left or right
- Bevel guide fence ensures consistent planing from 0° to 45° through entire work piece and has a protective shield covers the section of blade not in use
- Spring-loaded park rest stand protects blade and work piece and its special shape allows easy start-up in middle of work piece
- Ambidextrous lock-off release button helps avoid accidental starts
- Can be converted for use with large high-speed steel blades (optional accessories required)
