Warranted for 25 years on fences or siding and 10 years on decks. excellent adhesion, enhanced UV protection, provides a mildew resistant finish, water repellent, resists color fading and scuffing, self priming. Applies down to 35 degrees. Dry time is 30 minutes touch, recoate 2-4 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Clean up with soap and water.
