Creates a finish that is washable and scrubbable. Paint is tintable and has good hiding quality. Water-base formula is safe to use, dries in 2 hours, and provides easy soap and water clean up. Can be used on ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens, basements, humid closets, laundry rooms, hot tub rooms, or any other interior surface where mildew is a problem.
