Prepare bare concrete for coating, painting, or staining. Citric-acid based formula is easy and safe to use indoors or outdoors. Opens up tiny pores within the concrete to allow for maximum penetration and adhesion. Environmentally friendly, will not harm grass or plants. Great for removing efflorescence.
