Leviton humidity sensor and fan control. Automatically detects excess humidity and activates the ventilation fan to help reduce mold and mildew. Features user friendly controls to adjust sensitivity, humidity level, and time out settings. Replaces single pole switch and can be used with most bathroom or ventilation fans or fan/light combinations. Wall plate not included. 600W (watt) incandescent, 120W LED (light emitting diode) or CFL (compact fluorescent), 400VA (volt-ampere) inductive or ballast.
