The LWF-R model is a fire-rated attaic ladder that provides easy access to the attic while functioning as a blaze block in case of a fire. The hatch is manufactured with the use of fire-proof materials and is equipped with a gasket that expands under extreme heat. The LWF ladder is fire-rated with NFPA 288 and 43 minutes in accordance with ASTM E119.
